Two brothers who grew up loving Colombian street food. We always dreamed of bringing those bold, familiar flavors to Long Island. So in Hicksville, New York, we opened Made in Colombia at 7 W Village Green with an aim of bringing the authentic flavors of Colombian street food and with every bite you take your food helps families and communities in need.

Collaborating with chefs Alberto and David , we have crafted a menu that celebrates our heritage, offering dishes like arepas rellenas and salchipapas. Our restaurant's decor, featuring artwork by Colombian artist Luis Fernando Lozano Marquez, immerses diners in Colombian culture.
